You must put your shirt size or you will not receive one.

Registration form must be turned in by 5:00pm

   on the Tuesday prior to each tournament date.  

 

If you need to make changes to the information on your form,

those changes must also be turned in by 5:00pm

on the Tuesday prior to each tournament date.
